Follow your Intuition, it some how knows what you need…
Yesterday, after a coaching session in Westfield I got a little whisper as I was leaving… ‘Go to Boots, they have your shampoo’
Now, the interesting thing is this, my favourite shampoo (OGX tsubaki blossom 🌸) was discontinued at the end of last year… @mikerhookstyle

I have been searching for it everywhere. I even checked the same Boots last Saturday morning. So, my first response was ‘No, I checked there…’ Then, I followed through… And behind some crates that I had to move out of the way, on a bottom shelf I saw the corner of a lilac bottle…. 😊 Could it be…??? I found 3 sets hidden there.. 😀 Bought them all 👏👏👏 These should last a while 😁
So moral of the story, follow your Intuition, that whisper you hear guiding you… It will help you, guide you, even entertain you sometimes 😁😂😁😎 It doesn’t always have to be about the big stuff…
Realistically what could happen…? Take me for example, I have been wanting to do this blog for such a long time. I had loads of ideas and so many topics I wanted to write about… First, it took me ages to set it up, so my excuse was ‘I don’t know how to set the blog up, so can’t write’, then a friend of mine helped me set it all up and I could no longer use that excuse. I have had this ready for 3 months now, and realised I was afraid of writing something, of putting myself out there… of simply starting. But WHY? What could possibly happen to me that would be so horrible??? Well nothing, someone might have their opinion and I might not like it, so what? Is it really that important what others may or may not think or say about us…???
Although, I have been saying that what others think or say doesn’t matter or change me… obviously I have been afraid of getting myself out here. Well I’m over it!!!
So, is FEAR real??? Well, in our day to day life many people fear so many things that when you stop to think can’t harm or effect you in any way unless you allow them to… Our Fear is in our minds, our thoughts and feeling about things.
For example, and I’m sure this goes for a few people, being afraid of your Boss/Manager. What can they possibly do to you??? They can’t hit or harm you in any physical way because quite frankly they will loose their job, and could be arrested… firing you unless it is for a very good reason with lots of evidence is also difficult… And here is where things are your responsibility, if you are doing your job as you should be, including punctuality and attendance then there is no reason anyone could have to sack you… Right? So why are you afraid…? They are probably far more insecure, if they have to do their job by causing others to fear them… Quite frankly by being afraid you are playing right into their hands.
Your behaviors when you are afraid will also affect how others act towards you, it’s your responsibility to be aware of how you’re feeling and the behaviours that causes. By being fearful people may perceive you as weak, or not capable and this will change how they treat you.
Fear of doing things is also absurd if you think about it, why do you fear it? Why do you fear having a specific conversation, doing a particular task, going places…???
Stop hiding behind fear and Live! Fear stops us from doing many things… Most of the time there is no reason for our fear, the feeling is made up by us to keep us safe, however we end up fearing ourselves. We don’t do things because of unfounded fears we put in place, like being afraid to do something because of what people may think… Who cares what they think… Or being afraid to fail… Better fail than never try…

You alone are enough, you have nothing to prove to anyone. You don’t need the opinion, validation, permission or justification of anyone but yourself. If you are waiting for someone to validate your dreams and desires and give you permission to go for it, you are wasting your time… Just go for what you want regardless of others opinions… If it doesn’t work the first time keep trying, keep tweaking the process, formula, fine-tune the methods, but don’t stop going for it… Re-focus, keep creating…
Genius is making connections that other people haven’t made.
Everyone has the ability to access their Genius… You have the option to follow your ideas and make something amazing happen… Sometimes an idea comes and you talk yourself out of it…
Me -‘I have a great idea for a book…’ Start to write my ideas… Discuss with people… Then… ‘Friend/acquaintance’ – ‘Have you written a book before?’ ‘Are you good at writing?’ Do you think that’s a good idea?’… Me – ‘Hmmm who am I kidding, I’m not a writer, I’ve never done this, what if it’s not good?… I’m not going to write a book’
And that’s it, that idea is gone… What if JK Rowling had just talked herself out of Harry Potter…??? Follow your ideas… Sure not every idea will be a great success but the trying is learning, you learn from your mistakes, and from one comes another that will be Amazing… Think for yourself, get inspiration, but don’t copy… If you copy it’s been done, make it special, different… Make it yours!!! You are a Genius

If there’s something you really want to do but you’re too afraid to get started because you think you’re not good enough, then forget it… You have to get the guts to just get up and go for it regardless of your current reality… If you need to know specific things, make time to learn them, get in touch with people doing what you want to achieve and learn from them… Take the first step, start the journey… Because if you don’t start you will never achieve it.

Have you ever just looked at a tree, a flower or a plant and wondered how does it do that, how does it know how to grow, how to bloom, when to do each process, organisms and plants that seem dead and just seem to reanimate themselves and be alive again ??? And truly Nature doesn’t need a book, money, advise… it just happens, it is a limitless creative force and we are a part of that.
Everything is connected, the energy that creates us creates everything we see, even the phone or tablet you’re holding or the pen you’re using… It’s all energy and as so is constantly vibrating and giving out a frequency. If we look to understand the connections that are used in nature to create and to also decompose things back into the environment in a way that nature can re-use them then we can keep advancing and creating in a perfect co-existence with our planet.
Our society is awakening more and more now to understand and use the forces we have at play. This planet and nature is part of us, we are connected to everything. We have created everything around us. As we awake we will have lots more creators with lots more ideas who will follow up on them, meaning loads more innovations which will inevitably lead to lots more progression and abundance. We are Creators!

From Guglielmo Marconi: an Italian inventor sending and receiving his first radio signal in Italy in 1895 and 1899 the first wireless signal across the English Channel and in 1901 received the first telegraph letter to now the Internet and email and Skype… we can see and talk to anyone almost anywhere on the planet and also parts of space, find out almost anything at the touch of a screen…
Can you believe the first battery electric car was invented by Ányos Jedlik, one of the inventors of the electric motor, and Gaston Planté, who invented the lead-acid battery in 1859, However it took us until 1997 to get a commercially sound Electric car, the Toyota Prius which was released in 2000. This showed that our society blindly chose to head toward a destructive future, preferring to use oil and fossil fuels and heading for environmentally unfriendly progress.
From early 1970’s as oil prices soared the electric car was looked at again and it was in 1976 the US Congress passed the Electric and Hybrid Vehicle Research, Development, and Demonstration Act of 1976, which authorised the Energy Department to support research and development in electric and hybrid vehicles. We had gone to the moon and back but could not manage to take forward an invention that would be far better for our environment. It took the announcement in 2006 that Tesla Motors would start producing a luxury electric sports car to get the general public really interested.
The changes in society are exponential and we can only get more advanced and quicker than ever before. However, this has come at a price that we now have to pay. We have used and abused our home planet to such an extent that we risk our own survival, we know better now. Our innovations from now on have to take into account this planet that has given us everything, we have to conserve and nurture it.
So how do we do that?
We now have the capability to figure out things that before baffled us and we also took for granted. If we learn about how natures connections work, how to create without destroying, how to be sustainable by working with our planet instead of abusing it for everything it’s got we can have a mutual symbiotic relationship where we create and develop in mutual co-existence with our nature and all of her creatures. Nature is a perfect system, so by understanding how it creates from seed to tree, from fetus to adult, from a speck of dust to the wonders that we see every day, we can further propel our society and unlock our true nature.
