What ever we think about good or bad we create. We should be always giving our thoughts energy towards what we want, the things we want to achieve, create….

So why give time to negative, unproductive, insulting, problematic thoughts… We waste time worrying about the wrong problems… We take up valuable time worrying about things that we can’t do anything about and causing painful stress which will go on to create bad health, illness, unhappiness….

There are only two types of ‘problems’ those we can solve and those that are beyond our capability to do anything about. Most of them we can do something about. These I prefer to call challenges, and work to solve them.
Don’t stress and worry about things you can’t do anything about… Manage your challenges so that they don’t occupy the valuable time that you can positively use your thoughts to create what you want…

Create a vision of what you want your life to be… Feel the emotion of having that vision, be grateful for it as if it already exists and visit it every day… Spend time in your vision… Start to take steps towards it, your awareness will begin to see opportunities that will take you in the direction of that vision…
Once you have created it it already exists… You just have to match your vibration to it… Your imagination is your most powerful tool ❤😘
